Responsibilities:
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and communications.
- Have a full understanding of clients' needs and business objectives.
- Manage many accounts simultaneously.
- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with brands identities.
- Work collaboratively across the agency, build relationships with internal teams and clients in order to deliver high quality work.
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
- Using analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the brand's social media presence and performance.
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results. - Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Performing other duties when needed.
- Participating in new business pitches.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant field. 3+ years of experience in the digital marketing field.Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.Must have a laptop
