We're looking for a customer-oriented Distribution Manager to oversee the efficient and timely delivery of our ice cream products.

Job Description:

• Adhere to SHE & Security policies and procedures in all site activities; also to ensure that his subordinates are following the same rules
• Manage and Monitor day to day operations of different functions related to his DC (CS, HR, P2P,maintenance)
• Lead logistics team in our Distribution Center to achieve DC objectives within Froneri standard
• Responsible to achieve Distribution KPI's
• Control Cost of distribution to maintain distribution cost within agreed DF & HC budget
• Implement all projects within the distribution center ( SHE,CARE, Audits, etc).
• Optimize storage & transport utilization to ensure product availability.
• Perform CAPEX , DF & HC budget preparation annually for the DC
• Responsible to review all system reports related to his job responsibilities
• Responsible to check & review his DC daily/weekly/monthly reports requested from him

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• Engineering major is preferable.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the same field
• Demonstrated experience in the distribution field.
• Warehouse experience in finished goods
• Customer focused
