Role Purpose
Active member of the Mass Squad helping in delivering an end-to-end customer centric strategy and calendar of activities with ambitious budget targets that deliver the Mass team objectives in light it’s strategy.
Role Profile
- P&L achievement for Mass through monitoring, implementing and applying Key commercial & Marketing KPIs
- Understand base dynamics and ensure its growth monthly through different activities
- Enhance customer end to end journey and experience
- Deliver on building and developing Vodafone brand
