Role Purpose

Crafting an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints, from mobile apps to physical stores
 

Role Profile

  • Design and oversee the implementation of a unified customer experience across all channels (website, app, social media, physical stores)
  • Understanding how customers interact with the brand across different touchpoints is crucial. This product owner will map customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for personalization.
  •  the integration of digital tools and technologies that enhance the customer experience across all channels.
  • Understanding key metrics and KPIs (like conversion rates, bounce rates, customer acquisition cost) used in e-commerce is crucial for measuring the success of the digital experience .

 

 

Core Competencies and Qualificatios

 Core competencies, knowledge, and experience 

  • Customer Empathy
  • Digital Literacy: A strong foundation in digital technologies and how they impact the retail landscape is crucial.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

 

 Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a product owner
