Job Description:
* Scheduling appointments and managing meeting room reservations.
* Responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors and direct them to the right person and department.
* Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, faxing
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
* Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the companies services.
* Assist in live programs Coordination.
* Assist with special projects and events as needed Requirements.
* Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
* Monitoring and recharging mobile lines, landlines, and the Internet.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Very Good command of English
- Presentable with Strong Communication skills, Time management, and attention to detail skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
