- Welcoming The VIP Patients during his visit to the hospital .
- Facilitating Services for VIP Patients Such as (labs, x-Rays, or any services inside the hospital.
- coordinate with VIP patients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded during their clinic visits.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with VIP patients, including preferences, feedback, and service requests.
- Serving patients, answering their inquiries and guiding them with the necessary advice.
Excellent in English level.Previous experience in patient services, hospitality, or a similar role within a healthcare setting is preferred.Bachelor Degree in any relevant field. 1:2 year experience at the same title.Strong verbal communication skills.
