Cost Control Manager

Key Responsibilities


1. Review and update the cost prices of raw materials used in the production of internally manufactured products on a weekly basis or if there is a difference in prices.

2. Review with the supplying chain management regarding selling prices and ensure that the required profit is achieved for each item separately.

3. Create the cost and recipes for new items to determine the appropriate selling price with the supplying chain management and follow up on their creation on the system.

4. Reviewing the balances of branches and kitchens and following up on negative balances and analyzing them to identify the problem.

5. Preparing a monthly report on the cost of sales.

6. Reviewing purchase prices with market prices every period and discussing those prices with the purchasing department.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • +3 Years of Work experience as Cost Control Manager (Must in Food and beverage industry) .
  • Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
