Pre-sales Engineer

Pre-sales engineer (Heliopolis)


Job Description:

  • -Prepare Technical offers by carefully studying all available documents ( BOQ, solution description, Specification, Drawings, Time Plan, etc.).
  • -Prepare client quotations as per collected BOQ and specifications to approve the quotations.
  • -Develop and manage relationships with customers and partners’ technical staff.
  • -Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) and system bill of materials (BOM) for proposed solutions.
  • -Create the best solutions with Sales Team and technical support
  • -Follow up on site Surveys
  • -Request financial and Technical offers for any component project needs.
  • -Work on compliance sheets whenever requested.
  • -Reply and prepare for any inquiries for submitted proposals.
  • -Attend meetings with consultants & Contractors for technical.
  • -Provide support for other departments' technical inquiries.
  • -Filling softcopy and hardcopy any information of “tenders and Proposal”.
  • -Manage product evaluations and develop adoption plans.
  • -Good organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.


Job Requirements:

  • -Bachelor's degree in Engineering (communication & Electronics).
  • -Experience from 2 to 8 years.
  • -Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must.
  • -Strong customer service skills.
  • -Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
  • -Self-motivated, with excellent planning and organizational skills.
