- Responsible for managing the sales team in one of Hijab Boutique stores.
- Manage store operations, optimist sales and profits, control relevant store costs and support and implement Merchandise, Marketing & other in-store initiatives.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Ensure excellent customer service through the implementation of the brand/company guidelines to enhance the shopping/brand experience.
- Formulate and implement store strategies and procedures.
- Coach and mentor the sales supervisors and sales staff through all their daily tasks.
- Monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations.
- Ensure effective inventory and warehouse management.
- Review and analyze stocks and sales reports, monitoring over and under stocks, implementing corrective action to be taken.
* Bachelor’s Degree* Very good English & computer skills* Preferably males* Team leadership skills* Good knowledge of retail management best practices* At least 5 years of experience in the fashion retail management or fashion sales management.* Excellent Communication Skills* Problem solving skills (clients - employees) is very important* Planning and time management skills* Maximum age 35 years.
