Job Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition plays a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support the organization's growth and strategic objectives. This individual will leverage their expertise in talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and candidate sourcing to identify and engage qualified candidates across various industries and skill sets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's business goals and growth plans.
- Conduct comprehensive talent needs assessments to identify critical roles and required competencies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking, to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates' resumes, and applications to identify potential matches.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and extending offers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other HR functions, such as onboarding, compensation, and benefits, to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.From 5 to 7 years of experience in a talent acquisition role.Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment.Strong experience in Mass Hiring.Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and talent assessment tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the Engineering field.Certification in Human Resources Management (PHR, SPHR, etc.)Experience with diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives.
