We are a growing startup focused on providing website development, social media management, and digital marketing solutions for niche industries. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Client Relationship Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is crucial in driving our business growth by conducting market research, generating leads, establishing initial customer contact, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled at building strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends. Analyze competitors and market dynamics to support strategic planning.Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential leads through various channels (online research, social media, networking). Qualify leads based on their needs and alignment with our services.Identify Decision-Maker Contacts: Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations. Gather contact information and build a database of potential clients.Establish Initial Customer Contact: Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, physical visits, or social media to introduce our services and qualify their interest.Client On-boarding: Assist in the on-boarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup of services.Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution: Gather customer feedback to identify areas of improvement. Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.Retention & Up-selling: Develop strategies to retain existing clients by identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional services.
