Role Description
We are looking for a responsible receptionist to perform all reception tasks and to handle all patients’
concerns and proactively ensure all their needs are met.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Al Lawaty specialized clinics located in El Sheikh Zaid. The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
o Greet patients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
o Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationaries.
o Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner.
o Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on doctors availability.
o Confirm appointments by phone and messages.
o Send reminder/confirmation messages and mails.
o Sign patients in and obtain any necessary data.
o Discharge patients by collecting payment and schedule of next appointments.
o Scan and attach patient’s documents.
o Educate themselves of clinic services for clear communication with patients.
o Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.
o Acknowledge and resolve patients’ complaints and submit to Admin when required.
o Answer patients’ inquiries through WhatsApp and Instagram.
o Maintain confidentiality of all doctors, staff, and patient’s information.
o Protect patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
