Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on laptops and desktops
- Demonstrate strong expertise in troubleshooting Windows operating systems
- Proficient in setting up and maintaining LAN networks, including wifi configurations
- Ability to define, manage, and resolve desktop system and related network issues
- Maintain and support virtual desktop environments
- Understand backup and restore operations
- Familiarity with Avaya telephony systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Group Policy, WINS, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
Required- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office 365 for Windows- Excellent understanding of different computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Highly organized and able to work independently- Proficient in English
