Sales Coordinator

  • Respond to customer inquiries (email, fax, telephone).
  • Coordinate the movement of sales movements with the movement management.
  • Know the product correctly.
  • Making Quotations and knowing Cartel Category
  • Communicate with the customer
  • Follow up the price offers and follow up the payment.
  • Prepare weekly reports as requested from management.
  • Send proforma invoices, offers.
  • Follow payment
  • Clearance follow up
  • Follow up with clients on their orders.
  • Send sample requests and orders to the factory.
  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
  • Follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes.
  • Maintain schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
  • Prepare a schedule of when the orders are being delivered.
  • Provide management with a sales report and updates regarding clients.

Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;Good computer skills (MS Office)Proficiency in EnglishWell-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA team player with high level of dedicationBSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
