Responsibilities:
• Prepare tender documentation & specification.
• Prepare project specifications and bill of quantity with project drawings.
• Check tender documents completeness and classify tender documents as per department’s scope.
• Prepare list of major quantities.
• Prepare RFQs to suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Prepare tender queries to client or client rep.
• Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors, receive offers and compare the offers technically and commercially.
• Liaising with a team of architects, engineers & multi-disciplinary designers to produce high quality design work, reports & documentation in the form of client deliverables.
• Site Inspection with design/technical assistance.
• Report to upper management providing updates catering to job progress, quality, resources & design / construction updates.
• Capability to handle client facing & review as well as always represent the professionalism of the firm.
• Leads the process through detailing.
• Plans, organizes, and supervises the work of the team on one project or manages several smaller projects (organizes, executes, coordinates assignments).
• Plan project programs & deliverables efficiently.
• Ability to abide to timelines set by project heads with responsive turnarounds.
- Bachelor’s Degree of Architectural Engineering. - 5 - 8 years of experience in the Construction field. - Market knowledge in sourcing of materials and services. - Solid knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, PDF, Excel and PowerPoint) is a must
