- Manage and monitor the human resources functions regarding Training, Organizational Development, and Recruitment & Selection.
- Monitor and revise monthly payroll and preparation of annual increase, and bonus reports.
- Preparation of resources and cost allocation reports semi-annually.
- Prepare & implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans, and employee development programs.
- Prepare job offers as per salary structure.
- Handle employees’ inquiries and requests.
- Handling internship process.
- Conducting exit Interviews on Supervisory/Managerial Level.
- Preparation of the annual training plan.
- Preparation of any required reports.
- Conduct Interviews for new candidates
- Provides data for Headcount reporting.
- Monitor, coach & guide the HR Specialist & HR Generalist in the team. Help them to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Assist the HR Director in any other task or duty needed.
Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist in Construction field. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processFamiliarity with full cycle recruitingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesTeam management skills
