DX, VRF, Chilled water systems;
Equipments : FCU, Package unit, AHU, TFA, wall mounted, Floor mounted, Exhaust fans etc.
To study architectural drawings, reflected ceiling plan & site images provided by the Site Engineer.
Analyse and Calculate heat load of the project through HAP software & E20 sheet.
Suitable Equipment selection based on estimated heat load.
Air distribution system (Duct & grills) design and drafting in AutoCad / Autocad MEP.
Quantity surveying for all HVAC Works.
B.O.Q preparation as per design drawing.
Additional advantage if familiar with :
Plumbing design & quantity survey as per KSA standards.
Firefighting design & quantity survey as per KSA standards.
Electrical design & quantity survey as per KSA standards.
Softwares : REVIT, Navisworks, Dialux EVO
