- Manage and lead the quality operations and activities to ensure a high level of quality of raw material, assembling and delivery of home appliances.
- Handling customer complaints analysis & diagnosis of the defects root causes, define of the corrective actions and preventive action of the problems to be solved.
- Eliminate the waste, improve the process and product specification to meet our customer needs.
- Maintain the quality management system and follow up it to comply with ISO 9001:2015.
Bachelor's Degree specializing in mechanical or electrical engineering.Minimum 15 years of experienceHave a relevant experience in Home Appliances & TVExperience in home appliances factories in a technical department at least 2 years.Good teamwork skills.Excellent commercial awareness.The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.The capacity to plan effectively and prioritize tasks.Superb technical knowledge.Good command of English
