Role purpose:
- Perform business analysis across Networks VOIS centres, collating relevant information around technology metrics, financial and HC data, consolidating business reporting and dashboards, validating consistency of data and producing recommendations for OPC and Networks VOIS Finance.
- Provide thought leadership to Networks VOIS OPC BM team, in close cooperation with Networks OPC Manager and Networks VOIS Finance, performing Business Analysis & Governance, Data Management & Evolution, interfacing with stakeholders in Networks VOIS Centres (operational teams, finance and HR) under the direction of OPC lead and in alignment with Networks VOIS Finance
- Producing regular reports and dashboard as requested by OPC lead in the areas of – not exhaustive list:
- Business Reports: Monthly Cost and HC Analysis, produce business input to feed Finance commentary for month-end close report
- Ready to Grow (RTG) & Accelerate/Business Process Transformation (BPT) SteerCo preparation: efficiency reporting for Accelerate programme, arbitrage savings reporting from RTG Programme. Partner benefits reporting.
- Consolidate Business KPI view including external benchmarking, including, but not limited to: QoS KPIs, Productivity KPI, Resource Management KPIs
- Drive single pane-of-glass view of Networks VOIS Demand to Recharge process
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Business Analysis & Governance: Check Networks VOIS functions are delivering according to Business Objectives; Provide input to Networks VOIS Governance to ensure Networks VOIS strategy targets (“Ready to Grow” and “Accelerate”) are met and ensure long term competitiveness (benchmark)
- Data Management & Evolution: provide Data model requirements definition and evolution; Networks VOIS -wide consolidation.
- Data Validation: Timely Pre-Validation for Networks VOIS Finance and OPC of consistency and accuracy of data.
- Evolution: provide input to strategy to drive evolution of Networks VOIS, SWOT, develop structural plans to improve organizational agility and adapt to customer requirements.
- Empower, develop and support Business Management team people

- Effective people management
- Expertise in ICT industry and technology operation
- Financial acumen
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- University graduate with minimum 5 years in technology management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication & presentation skills.
- Understanding of IT services
- Expertise in project management, budget forecast and cost & financial analysis constitutes a plus
