Digital Marketing Specialist

Yanabea for Training and Development Co. is seeking a motivated and ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns. This position involves overseeing all stages of campaign development, from ideation and planning to implementation, measurement, and optimization. You will collaborate closely with our internal marketing team and digital agencies to drive Yanabea’s strategic objectives and goals. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive market research and provide the sales team with actionable competitive intelligence.
  2. Develop marketing resources and execute campaigns to support the sales team's efforts, identifying target audiences and potential leads.
  3. Measure and demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through key metrics and deliverables.
  4. Leverage approximately 5 years of experience in digital marketing across social platforms.
  5. Apply a thorough understanding of planning and media buying for social platforms.
  6. Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at establishing lasting digital connections with consumers.
  7. Manage and monitor the company’s social media presence across platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook).
  8. Launch and optimize online advertisements via Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  9. Actively engage in SEO efforts, including keyword and image optimization.
  10. Implement digital marketing activities across a diverse range of channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, mobile, and display advertising.
  11. Oversee the creation of relevant and compelling digital content for various platforms.
  12. Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns.
  13. Handle digital advertising campaigns, including SEM, display, social, and programmatic advertising.
  14. Conduct in-depth research on market trends, audience behaviors, competitors, and consumer journeys to drive engagement and conversions.
  15. Prepare and distribute online newsletters and promotional emails through multiple channels.
  16. Generate creative content marketing ideas and update the company website.
  17. Collaborate with designers to enhance user experience.
  18. Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) to measure the performance of digital marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong skills in creative content writing.
  • Expertise in SEO and media analytics.
  • Proficiency in copywriting and video marketing.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Ads, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
  • In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
