JD:
Develop and Implement QA Processes:
- Design and implement quality standards, procedures, and controls.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product specifications.
- Ensure that manufacturing, development, or service delivery processes adhere to quality requirements.
Testing and Inspection:
- Conduct testing on products/services at various stages of development or production.
- Review functional and design specifications to ensure understanding of requirements.
- Identify and document defects or issues and report them to relevant teams.
Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions:
- Analyze defects and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with development or production teams to address and resolve defects.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements to prevent recurrence of issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of testing processes, defects, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and deliver QA status reports to management and other stakeholders.
- Document procedures and results to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and product managers.
- Participate in team meetings, project planning, and code reviews to provide QA input.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, quality methodologies, and regulatory standards.
- Propose and implement improvements to QA processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
