- Oversee daily site activities and ensure compliance with the project schedule and specifications.
- Monitor the site labor force and subcontractors to ensure work quality and adherence to timelines.
- Ensure all work is performed as per approved drawings, methods, safety rules, codes, and installation procedures.
- Review and approve shop drawings, materials, submittals, invoices, and inspection requests submitted by the contractor.
- Daily follow up on site progress and activities to ensure adherence to the quality standards and timeline.
- Verify contractors’ payments/Interim payments against site progress/activities.
- Ensure all documents meet project requirements and standards.
- Prepare and submit periodical site reports, other required monitoring reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and project progress.
- Review design drawings/shop drawings for accuracy against as built drawings.
- Prepare Snag list and ensure rectification within the required duration.
- Communicate with Interior design engineer any design/site issues or any other issues that could impact the design or project duration.
- Attend contractors/stakeholders’ meetings as required to resolve any site matters.
- Review and verify Variation orders submitted by the contractors or requested from the design team.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and project timelines.
- Verify the accuracy of contractor’s daily reports and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
Educational background and previous experience: Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering.Min. 7 years of experience.
