Delivery Zones Optimization:
- Analyze current delivery zones and branch locations.
- Propose optimized delivery zones based on customer demand and operational efficiency.
- Develop guidelines for future branch expansions.
Cancellations Management:
- Investigate the causes of varied rejection rates across branches.
- Establish a clear auditing process for tracking and managing cancellations.
- Implement strategies to reduce rejection rates and improve customer satisfaction
