- Collect and review timekeeping and attendance records using the latest time management software.
- Process the monthly payroll of all employees, including their salary, overtime payments, deductions, and bonuses.
- Prepare periodic reports; Monthly, Quarterly and annually to the Management to analyses the reliability and efficiency of the payroll system.
- Maintain a repository of all the essential documents like direct deposit documentation and systems data.
- Facilitate accurate and timely salary disbursement by overseeing payroll functions, from payroll entry and calculations to reviewing payroll policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficiency of the entire payroll processing system.
- Support employees throughout their entire payroll lifecycle.
- Monitor and update all databases for the organization.
- Keep records of leave balances in all their forms and types.
- Prepare and implement the HRIS application.
Proven experience as payroll specialist.It's a must have at least 2 years of experience in payroll processing and personnel management.Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.Proficient in MS Office and HR information systemTrustworthy with attention to confidentiality.Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detailExcellent communication skills.
