Full training will be given.
Job tasks include:
● Making outbound calls to potential clients and presenting company services.
● Answering inbound calls from prospective clients.
● Conducting follow-up calls to existing clients.
● Recording customer details and sales information accurately in the database.
● Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients.
● Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
● Preparing and sending quotations and proposals to clients.
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles.Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsGood knowledge of EnglishGood computer skills are a plus.Cool-tempered and able to handle rejectionOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsHigh school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and exceptional written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
