اخصائي توظيف موارد بشريه " Asking for a vacancy : " Recruitment Specialist "
( Job responsibilities )
· Understand the business to effectively execute sourcing, recruitment and selection to support business hiring needs.
· Manage full-cycle recruitment process while maintaining all compliance requirements.
· Assess recruitment needs of the functional managers by developing strong relationships and acting as their business partner.
· Continually educate hiring community of recruitment and HR processes while demonstrating the value of working within the recruitment framework allowing for maximum efficiency.
· Ensure recruitment processes and procedures support the business objectives.
· Advise innovative solutions to meet ever changing needs of the clients.
· Effectively understand personnel requisitions to ensure attraction of appropriate talent.
· Provide technical expertise and sound business acumen by sharing market intelligence.
· Attend career fairs and industry events to remain abreast of market changes and network effectively.
· Ensure the internal applicant system and tools are effectively utilized to track daily recruitment activity and document hiring manager and candidate contact.
· Responsible for achieving established yearly objectives and performance metrics.
· Work closely with other departments wherever required ensuring timely and clear communication.
Manage high volume of requisitions and changing priorities.
( Requirements )
o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or a similar role for min. 2 years
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to build relationships and work effectively with hiring managers.
o Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
o Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
o Proficient in using applicant tracking systems sheets in Excel
o Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Egypt.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong sourcing and networking skills
o Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
o Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
o Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
o Redy to work 6 days a week in new cairo
