Senior Projects Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, clearly identifying resource requirements and budgetary needs.
  • Host regular project meetings, at least once a week, with team members and managers to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, advice, and project updates, while offering encouragement to team members.
  • Manage project deadlines, ensuring that the team adheres to timelines and meets key milestones.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as necessary to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review and assess project pricing, specifications, and quotations to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to manage project timing, delivery conditions, and payment terms.
  • Leverage analytical and presentation skills to drive project success and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or a related field.Experience:2-5 years of experience in sales, design, or a related role within the kitchen, interior design, or construction industry.Experience with kitchen design or similar product lines is a strong advantageSkills:Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, CARAT, Sketch up, Cut List, MS Office, or similar tools.Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and presenting design solutions.Project management skills to oversee sales transactions and ensure timely execution.Customer-oriented approach with the ability to understand and meet client needs.Ability to work collaboratively with the Technical department to prepare proposals and pricing.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and follow up on sales cycles.Marketing awareness to assist in implementing campaigns and events.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for preparing presentations, reports, and documentation.Attributes:Creative and detail-oriented with a strong eye for design.Analytical skills to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.Self-motivated and proactive in driving sales and following up with clients.Team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Flexibility to adapt to changing client demands and project requirements.
