Grinta is currently seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the entire warehouse operation and drive efficiency and compliance within our facility.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record in managing warehouse operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for medicine placement and handling to achieve effective results.
- Organize and manage the timely delivery of orders to distributors to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Review and analyze warehouse stock levels to prevent overstocking and optimize inventory management.
- Monitor and analyze the productivity of the warehouse team to enhance operational efficiency.
- Review and manage return orders, investigating reasons and implementing controls to minimize returns.
- Address and follow up on issues related to undelivered medicines due to picking errors to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the "scanning expire process" to manage and remove medicines approaching expiration.
- Coordinate the return and management of expired medicines from customers to the platform to protect company interests.
- Conduct and follow up on stock takes to ensure that system balances match physical inventory.
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of operational tools and equipment, and follow up with maintenance personnel to prevent work interruptions.
- Calculate and manage incentives for the warehouse team based on performance metrics.
- Communicate and resolve escalated warehouse issues with relevant parties to ensure smooth operations.
- Review and analyze reports on rounds, transfers, stock modifications, cycle counts, headcounts, and damages to monitor departmental KPIs and achieve objectives.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager in the pharmaceutical sector with a strong understanding of warehouse management procedures and industry regulations.
- Expertise in implementing process improvement initiatives, knowledge of warehousing KPIs, and hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate staff.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
