*Job Title:* Branch Manager

*Reports to:* Operations Manager / Regional Manager  

### *Responsibilities:*
1. *Oversee daily operations* of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
2. *Supervise and lead the branch team,* ensuring the development of their skills and motivating them to meet established targets.
3. *Coordinate with other departments* (such as marketing, sales, and finance) to ensure alignment with company strategy.
4. *Set and achieve sales goals,* ensuring profitability and growth of the branch.
5. *Prepare and present regular reports* on branch performance to senior management.
6. *Manage client relationships* and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
7. *Ensure compliance* with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
8. *Monitor financial activities* of the branch, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
9. *Lead branch expansion efforts,* identifying potential growth opportunities and implementing strategies to increase market presence.

### *Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in branch management, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make strategic decisions.
- Customer-focused with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
