EgyBell is hiring Travel arrangements Specialist for a diplomatic bank
Responsibilities:
- Manage travel arrangements for Bank staff in accordance with the Bank’s travel policy and staff travel plans
- Liaise with the Bank’s travel agents for routing issuance of travel tickets and transfers, and providing relevant country information.
- Coordinate with all ground transportation arrangements and dispatch vehicles and drivers accordingly.
- Assist all travelers on SAP Concur in requesting travel allowances and reconciliations.
- Serve as a general resource and point of contact for travel-related issues
- assist employees with travel related issues or concerns.
- Liaise with all team members and the other travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to smoothly manage bookings and schedules, for the travelers.
- Ensure that all travelers are well-informed of travel details and manage any associated questions, issues, and concerns.
- Continually improve the travel experience and to achieve the team’s objectives.
- Meet the agreed-upon financial budget and take corrective actions in case of any variances.
- Assist in managing the department’s expenditures while ensuring that the department is meeting the budget.
III. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years related professional experience.
• Strong oral and written business communication skills
• Attention to detail and quality whilst meeting deadlines
• Can anticipate client and team needs
•Fluent English speaker
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
