As an Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of clients, engage with decision-makers for regular account performance reviews, and offer solutions to increase revenues from their current ongoing subscriptions. In this role, there is a great deal of autonomy, and this position is only suitable for those who possess excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills. year-end close.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts.
  • Provide client training to ensure efficient use of provided services
  • Provide regular performance reviews, market insights, and performance reports to ensure maximum client retention.
  • Act as a business consultant to the accounts defining problems, opportunities & room for growth.
  • Monitor the accounts ads, package usage & performance giving regular feedback to the client.
  • Ensure sales quality by defining the company size vs. the package sold.
  • Work on upgrading the accounts based on their available inventory & marketing budget.
  • Client onboarding on the new tools & systems
  • Assist in handling the clients' issues.
  • Work closely with Operations and customer support teams to provide a seamless experience to the clients.
  • Work closely with the BI team to create new dashboards to cater to the client’s needs.
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly trackers to report on team activities.
  • Responsible for reporting on the portfolio total value, tracking the upgrade proposals sent and their status while giving guidance.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of the new account managers giving guidance on how to manage their portfolio efficiently.
  • Responsible on monthly collections of his portfolio and ensures successful payments.
  • Work with his assigned clients to renew their contracts on time without any delay.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of work experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Written and verbal proficiency in English
  • Extensive experience with MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Ability to visualize data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good analytical skills
  • Competitive attitude with a hunger to succeed in all situations.
  • Result-orientated problem-solving skills to resolve challenges through creative and flexible options in line with the Company’s overall targets.
