Senior Integration Support Engineer performs a variety of implementation, deployments, and troubleshooting requiring a wide knowledge of company products, database engines, operating systems.
Responsibilities
- Helping the new merchants in Paymob payment gateway deployment, integration, configuring the requirements, and testing the integrations.
- Troubleshooting any tech issues that might happen and support during UAT and production
- Execution of DB scripts/extracts as needed
- Work with different stakeholders to understand the issues and for quick resolution
- React urgently to sever tech issue with immediate solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.4-5 years of experience in this field (integration. Fintech sector).Expert in coding/logs.Familiarity with Payments industry regulations and technical frameworks (3DS, SCA, AVS, MIT)Strong understanding with API-based integration methods and related tools/frameworks.Familiarity with front and back-end technologies (i.e. JavaScript, CSS, HTML etc)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.Knowledge of payment technology, compliance standards, and security protocols related to payments (e.g., PCI-DSS, PSD2) is a plus.Proven experience with payment gateway integration and troubleshooting.Demonstrated experience delivering scalable online payment solutions, both developing new solutions and integrating best-in-class payment platforms built by others.Excellent English skills.
