CEO Assistant (Architecture Graduate with Marketing & Design Expertise)

Job Summary:


The CEO Assistant will support the owner of the engineering consultancy and decoration firm by managing client relations, assisting with business deals, and providing strategic support in marketing and design. This individual will serve as the right-hand to the CEO, handling various tasks that bridge architecture, marketing, and business management.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Management:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships.

• Assist the CEO in negotiations and closing deals, ensuring that agreements align with the company’s strategic goals.

• Follow up on ongoing projects with clients to ensure smooth progress and timely completion.

Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.

• Develop and manage content strategies for the company’s online and offline presence, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with the company’s brand identity.

• Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.

• Provide design input and support, utilizing architectural knowledge to enhance the visual and aesthetic quality of marketing materials.

Design Collaboration:

• Offer creative direction on the design of architectural and interior design projects.

• Work alongside the design team to ensure that projects meet client needs and adhere to company standards.

• Review and refine designs to maintain a high standard of quality in all deliverables.

Administrative Support:

• Organize and manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, site visits, and business events.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials needed by the CEO.

• Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in architecture, marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relations effectively.

• Experience in content creation, digital marketing, and brand management.

• Proficiency in design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or AutoCAD) and social media management platforms.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
