As the FP&A manager, you will be part of the corporate finance team. You will be responsible for analysis and reporting, driving processes, providing advice and financial support throughout the organisation, and developing other members of the FP&A team.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner closely with senior executives and develop a deep understanding of relevant business units within the Egypt region;
  • Identify business drivers, perform analysis, implement new procedures and present recommendations to senior executives;
  • Derive actionable insights based on quantitative and qualitative research, discover new opportunities and identify gaps to grow and optimise the business through analysis;
  • Run the corporate business reporting processes, including annual budgeting, long-term financial and cash flow forecasts, monthly/quarterly business reviews, weekly metrics, and forecast updates;
  • Support senior management on key projects and outline strategic and tactical recommendations in close collaborations with vertical or country leads;
  • Lead and participate as a key finance stakeholder in cross-functional teams and promote best practice replication and adoption throughout the organisation;
  • Drive data analysis and create new models where necessary, as well as constantly identify optimisation opportunities through automation and tool implementation;
  • Build ad hoc models to provide the basis for deep dives into revenue drivers and identify trends within the data;
  • Build and develop frameworks (models, reports, processes) to analyse and keep track of business performance;
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as required.



Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Engineering
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in building, managing and analysing financial reports and forecast tools;
  • Experience in closely partnering with senior management.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and finance principles;
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial statements and drivers that influence the P&L.
  • Strong MS Excel skills with experience in SQL or Python preferred;
  • Demonstrated financial analysis and modelling skills;
  • Ability to influence others, cloah and train junior members and to lead from within;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Will need to be comfortable interacting with senior management across the organisation;
  • Fluency in English is a must, and Arabic/French is advantageous;
