Senior Presales Engineer

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic languages
  • Capable of building a GIS Solution
  • Advanced level MS Office skills (particularly MS Word). 
  • Professional understanding of document templates, macros, and styles.
  • Strong time management/prioritization skills.
  • At least having 3 years of experience as a presales engineer in the GIS field
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and effectively manage workloads with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time-critical situations
  • Understanding the technical requirements of the GIS field using both Esri and Autodesk technologies
  • Demonstrating the company's products and services to potential customers.
  • Capable of building a GIS Solution
  • Providing technical support during the sales process, including helping customers understand how the products and services can improve their operations and increase their ROI
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies for Company Solutions and Products
  • Creating and delivering technical presentations and proposals that showcase the company's solutions and their benefits
  • Participating in national and international events and conferences to promote the company's products, solutions, and services
  • Providing feedback to the product development team to improve the solutions and ensure they meet the needs of customers
  • Ability to guide the Presales Engineers and review their technical proposals and presentations with innovative ideas 
  • Effectiveness in accomplishing work assignments through subordinates establishing challenging goals, delegating and coordinating effectively, promoting innovation and team effort
