- Design review, shop drawings, and as-built.
- Prepare architectural quantity survey.
- Prepare and submit material submittal.
- Prepare pricing comparison sheet and break down analysis.
- Study the tender documents (specifications, drawings, BOQ, method of measurements, and contracts)
Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.3-4 years of experience in fit-out projects and fashion retail projects is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
