Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Identify the best channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing) for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Campaign Management:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, display ads) to drive conversions.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and drive repeat purchases.
- Content & SEO:
- Oversee content marketing efforts such as blogs, product pages, and social media posts to improve organic traffic.
- Implement and monitor SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and website traffic.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop a social media strategy to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media performance and optimize for better reach and engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and other reporting platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on data-driven results.
- Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets across different channels to maximize ROI.
- Ensure cost-effective advertising through continuous optimization of bidding strategies and ad targeting.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, or agencies, if applicable.
- Customer Experience & Retention:
- Utilize digital marketing channels to improve customer experience and retention strategies, such as loyalty programs or personalized campaigns.
- Develop and maintain customer personas to create targeted marketing messages.
- Technology & Automation:
- Implement marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) to streamline repetitive tasks and improve customer segmentation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

- Paid Advertising (PPC) – Proficiency in running and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other platforms.
- SEO – Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Data Analytics – Ability to analyze campaign data and extract actionable insights.
- Content Marketing – Understanding of how to craft compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.

Education and Experience:
- Degree: Typically, a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in e-commerce or a similar industry.
