Core Role :
The Recruitment Specialist /Consultant acts as our clients’ advocate. He/She is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote product or solution usage, retention, and loyalty. The RCs ensure WUZZUF clients are satisfied with the product and services they have received and immediately improve upon any areas of dissatisfaction.
Main Duties :
- Supports WUZZUF clients in regards to their recruitment needs, salaries, and job descriptions as well as the quality of posted jobs.
- Develops a customer relationship that promotes product or solution usage, retention, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
- Acts as a point of contact between the client and other internal teams in regard to the clients’ feedback.
- Follows up with the clients on the vacancies’ status and follows/optimizes the workflow to adhere to the needed KPIs, targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Masters and develops his/her product expertise to provide the best support to clients.
- Recommends suitable candidates to the client from WUZZUF database.
- Conducts phone screening with job seekers if client requests.
- Work with cross-functional teams ondifferent projects as needed.
- Attends external meetings with clients (if needed) as well as events and job fairs.
- Does other assigned job duties as assigned or needed.
