  • Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
  • Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
  • Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets
  • Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail
  • Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
  • Ensure the front desk and meeting rooms are neat, presentable, and     equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
  • Follow-up with different departments.
  • Maintain office policies and environment.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment.

Bachelor’s degree.3-5 years of experience in the same position.V.Good English.Proficient in relevant computer applications.Good understanding of office administration.Females Only.
