HR Generalist

• Managing the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. 
• Has the ability to create filing system and data base.
• Experience in managing HR policies and Payroll Management
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Address employee relations issues, ensuring quick and fair resolution of conflicts.
• Support the performance review process, including tracking progress and providing guidance to managers.
• Assist in developing employee improvement plans when necessary.
• Provide support during compensation reviews and salary adjustments.
• Managing Medical Insurance.
