- Tender Management:
- Respond to Quotation requests from customers.
- Assist in preparing pre-bid documents and submitting bids for tenders (RFPs, RFQs).
- Manage tender deadlines and ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted on time.
- Track tender results and communicate outcomes to the sales team.
- Other Tasks:
- Prepare and maintain sales pipeline reports.
- Analyze sales trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate any order discrepancies or issues to the sales team and customer promptly.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Estimator’s role or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient in English.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience with ERP systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.
