Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager at Emporia Group. The role involves spearheading business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities for growth, fostering relationships with clients, and leading a team to drive business success in Cairo, Egypt.


### **Job Summary:**
The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company’s market presence.and sales growth about our services. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business processes and excellent communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Business Development:**
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business plans to potential clients.

- Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure satisfaction with services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability and growth.

- **Strategic Planning:**
- Develop strategies to increase company revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development efforts.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate success and areas for improvement.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with internal departments, such as operations, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in business development best practices.



Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of market research and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
