As a Senior FP&A at Grinta, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of our rapidly growing company. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, conducting thorough financial analysis, and providing strategic insights to drive key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and refine complex financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Lead the forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide data-driven financial insights to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Work closely with various teams, including operations, marketing, and product, to optimize financial performance and align with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, offering clear and concise recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably within the retail or e-commerce sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non financial stakeholders.
