QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree (preferably Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Industrial Engineering)
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations processes,
• Fluent spoken & written English is must
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Having a disciplined approach to process controls
• Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive, dynamic and self-motivated
• Having no obstacle to travel

JOB DEFINITION

• To follow the human resources needs of the organization and to carry out the recruitment processes aligned with HQ
• To follow up the personal rights of the employees working in accordance with the regulation and give guidance in regards
• Implementing and monitoring all disciplinary processes within the framework of company policies, procedures and labor law
• To monitor and report the process performances for which he/she is responsible
• To make suggestions to improve Human Resources processes and to take part in projects
