QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Industrial Engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience in Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations processes,
- Fluent spoken & written English is must
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Having a disciplined approach to process controls
- Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, dynamic and self-motivated
- Having no obstacle to travel
JOB DEFINITION
- To follow the human resources needs of the organization and to carry out the recruitment processes aligned with HQ
- To follow up the personal rights of the employees working in accordance with the regulation and give guidance in regards
- Implementing and monitoring all disciplinary processes within the framework of company policies, procedures and labor law
- To monitor and report the process performances for which he/she is responsible
- To make suggestions to improve Human Resources processes and to take part in projects
