Recruitment support
-Design and update job descriptions
-Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, for various positions across the company.
-Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
-Screen incoming resumes and application forms
-Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Human Resources Support:
-Assist in building a talented and driven team by supporting the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
-Oversee and streamline the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and are set up for success.
-Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
-Assist in managing payroll, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
-Facilitate internal communications and support team-building activities that foster collaboration and innovation.
-Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
Fleet support
-Register and license all vehicles under their management
-Find ways to cut costs and maximize profits
-Develop strategies for greater fuel efficiency
-Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection
HR Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in HR, or at least five years’ relevant HR experienceFamiliarity with full cycle recruiting.Males onlySolid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.ODOO userTeam management skills.Familiarity with HR processes, office management procedures, and software (Microsoft Office, HR tools).
