- Review purchase requisitions from all company branches to ensure excess inventory usage, coordinating with stakeholders like quality, engineering, and procurement teams to propose substitutions if necessary.
- Maintain and update global inventory reports daily, including mobility transactions, aging profiles, and inventory control analysis.
- Support the Oracle Fusion system's sustainability reporting by troubleshooting issues with stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring system bugs are resolved.
- Ensure periodic cycle counts and physical counts are executed by all company branches, supporting them to achieve valuable results and following write-off procedures.
- Minimize overstock and address obsolete or redundant materials, recommending solutions to maximize working capital and avoid unnecessary orders.
- Manage supplier relationships, conducting negotiations and ensuring excess inventory is prioritized over third-party orders while maintaining the company’s reputation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies, promoting continuous improvement and innovation while fostering team development and succession planning.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Inventory Control and Logistics.Inventory Material planning knowledge and Excess inventory is preferred.Previous Supply Chain and Logistics experience is preferred.A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or equivalent is required.
