Brand Manager

Job responsibilities:


  1. Plan and organize the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure the achievement of all targets in support of the brand strategy.
  2. Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data to implement brand-planning changes as needed.
  3. Assist in the development of long-term brand strategy and implement short- to medium-term objectives in support of the strategy,
  4. Provide the main source of expertise to the company in relation to brand development and maintain an awareness of any relevant developments in this field.
  5. Maintain and develop the brand's equity, utilizing above the line (ATL) & below the line (BTL) marketing initiatives
  6. Develop & manage marketing campaigns.
  7. Identify potential improvements and analyze changes in the market.
  8. Analyze the success of marketing campaigns.
  9. Responsible for the implementation of a marketing Plan.



Job requirements:


  1. Suitable bachelor’s degree.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to steer a complex organization towards consistent brand communications
  6. Results-oriented and have demonstrated creativity through prior work.
  7. Excellent objective-setting and analytical skills.
