Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at The St. Regis New Capital in Cairo, Egypt. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, customer service, hiring, communication, and food & beverage operations on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Hiring and Food & Beverage operations experience
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
  • Knowledge of local and international cuisine
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
