Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager Travel at WOT Agency EG in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and developing sales strategies. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.


Job Description:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the travel sector, including hotels, car rentals, tours, and other DMC services.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and upselling to existing clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.

Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.

Set clear goals and expectations for the team and monitor progress towards achieving them.


Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy Development skills
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Travel industry knowledge and experience
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
