Automotive Sales Rep

AutoTager - Egypt - Cairo

Responsibilities


  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for customers B2b & B2C, providing personalized guidance throughout the car purchasing process.
  • Consultative Sales: Understand customer B2b & B2C needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles and financing options on both new & used cars.
  • Coordination with Dealerships: Liaise with dealerships to ensure vehicle availability, pricing, and delivery timelines meet customer expectations.
  • Financing Facilitation: Work closely with financing companies to secure competitive loan or lease options tailored to the customer's financial situation.
  • Insurance Coordination: Collaborate with insurance providers to help customers find suitable coverage for their new vehicles, simplifying the process for them.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in the automotive industry, financing options, and insurance products to provide accurate and relevant advice to customers.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the purchase process, ensuring customer satisfaction.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive sales,.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and insurance processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
